Biography
Over 25 years, Phoebe has practiced law with the eye of a takumi - precise, detail oriented, and with a people first mentality. Phoebe’s practice focuses primarily on complex litigation, real estate, nonprofit and sports law, where she has represented clients in all aspects of their cases, from the first conversation through discovery, mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal.
Phoebe’s representative matters include defending national pharmaceutical and telecommunications corporations in administrative investigations, Attorney General investigations, trials and arbitrations. Across each engagement, Phoebe has worked strategically, crafting each argument and pursuing the strongest possible outcome for her clients.
Through her experience in the sports industry, including the NWSL, MLS, and collegiate sports, Phoebe advises her clients in a quickly evolving landscape. Her work with 501(c)(3) organizations brings the same sensibility to mission-driven clients: practical, business-minded counsel that helps nonprofits pursue their purpose and continue to make an impact in the communities they serve.
Before joining Takumi Partners, Phoebe worked at Hilgers PLLC on their Edge team and at Burkhardt & Larson in Rancho Santa Fe.
